The north end of the Blue Ridge Parkway connects with Shenandoah National Park and the Skyline Drive. The road winds along mountain ridges to the North Carolina border at MP 216.9. These miles of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia contains the lowest point of the parkway (near Otter Creek, MP 60.8).
