Valle Country Fair

Always held on the 3rd Saturday in October, the Valle Country Fair is an overgrown church bazaar set in the center of one of the most picturesque valleys in the North Carolina mountains. The gathering is an authentic harvest-season community celebration that revolves around quality hand-made crafts, home-cooked food and mountain music.

Last year more than 11,000 people enjoyed 150 juried fine art & crafts booths, local bluegrass and country bands, BBQ, chili and cornbread muffins, Brunswick stew, fresh-pressed apple cider, apple butter-making and an activity area for kids.

Live music and a variety of foods from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free and ample parking is available adjacent to the fairgrounds for $10 per car. Sponsored by the Church of the Holy Cross and the Valle Crucis Conference Center, all proceeds from the Fair go to help people in need. Please no pets.
