Pearisburg Eye Associates Eye Run 10k / 5k

The Pearisburg Eye Associates Eye Run is a 5k/10K run/walk open to all runners, walkers or anyone in between. The course starts and ends on Tazewell street in Pearisburg, it is a large scenic circle through the town of Pearisburg with some small hills, perfect for someone doing their first event or if your going for that PR. Awards will be given for top male and female runners including a pair of Nike Running sunglasses. There will also be age group awards and raffle items, including another pair of Nike sunglasses which any race participant will be eligible to receive. Postrace food and drinks will be provided at the conclusion of the race.

There will be a kids run for the little ones which is about 1/4 of a mile around a large block, participation prizes will be awarderd at the finish line.

100% of profit from this race will go to benefit the residents of Giles County and the Pearisburg Junior Womens Club, Pembroke Lions Club and Giles Rotary club.

Extra charge for XXL and up T- shirts. T-shirt guarenteed if registered by Friday August 7 at noon, sizes may be limited after that date.
