Naturalist Niche Series: Summer Ridge Hike

Some spectacular views of Hickory Nut Gorge remain unseen by many of our visitors. Hike the scenic ridges of Chimney Rock Mountain with a park naturalist while learning about a variety of flora and fauna that live here. This moderately strenuous hike explores areas of the Park you can only see with a guide. Limited to 15; advance registration required. Join an expert naturalist on park trails every 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month April-November to learn about wild edibles, plants, wildlife, survival skills, birding, geology or other fun outdoor topics.

Cost: $22 Adult (includes Park admission), $10 Annual Passholder, $12 Youth (ages 5-15), $5 for Grady’s Kids Club Member
