What happens when a gang of prison lifers are being transferred to the Plains Federal Penitentiary by rail?  Nothing, if the guards are vigilant and the prisoners cooperative.  However, if you mix several convicts from the ding wing with a few sociopaths, there’s just no telling what might set them off.  The slightest quirk could incite pandemonium or even worse…murder.
