Experience Art & Music "Wythe" In

As Wytheville celebrates the opening day of the 32nd annual Chautauqua Festival in the Park, the Wythe Arts Council, Downtown Wytheville, and the Wytheville Farmer's Market are coming together to offer a much bigger celebration in the roots of our heritage. The day will incorporate bluegrass music on the veranda of the Bolling Wilson Hotel, a youth art exhibit (Art Wythe-In competition) at the Black Horse Artisan Guild, and "Dairy Day" at the Wytheville Farmer's Market. The Chautauqua Festival will feature bluegrass music, children's activities, and an art/photography contest highlighting mountain music and musicians. This celebration of culture in Southwest Virginia will be a free event to the public.
