Discover the wonderful world of birding as Joey Herron takes you through the county and discusses the many species of song birds as well as some of the birds of prey that can be seen at Morris Park and Pricketts Fort as well as some other points in Marion County.

Wear your walking shoes as Joey may want to do a little birding after the lecture (weather permitting).

Joey Herron was raised in Lewis County and has 44 years of birding experience and research. He is a 1980 graduate of Glenville State College with a BS degree in Biology. Joey is a master bird bander with the US Geological Service. He is an instructor for Pierpont Community College Lifelong Learners and is a published author.
