Plans are well underway for the fourth annual Balloons Over Rockbridge
Festival on July 2nd and 3rd at the Oak Hill Property of the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington. Following the cancellation of BOR 2020 due to Covid, the Board of Directors is more enthusiastic than ever to get the event underway.
