A month-long arts festival that features events in music, dance, theatre, visual arts and film on the campus of Appalachian State University. With award-winning artists from all across the world coming to the High Country in one summer, the festival has become an attraction that appeals to thousands and has been ranked one of the "Top 20 Events in the Southeast" by the Southeastern Tourism Society. From fine art enthusiasts, to country and bluegrass fans and all those who like a good mixture of both.
Highlights from the 2013 season include: The Band Perry, Idina Menzel, Lyle Lovett, Boz Scaggs, Mary Chapin Carpenter and Shawn Colvin with special guest Suzanne Vega and much more!
