BOOK SIGNING
with Sarah Owens
Join baker and author Sarah Owens in celebration of her newly released book, SOURDOUGH: Recipes for Rustic Fermented Breads, Sweets, Savories, and More.
In this workshop, cookbook author Sarah Owens will explain the nutritional benefits of lactic acid fermentation and introduce the basics of using sourdough as an ingredient in breads, sweets, savories, and more. She will demonstrate how to handle bread dough as well as how to incorporate starter into other non-traditional baked goods.
Samples of recipes from the book will be on offer to nibble and you will take home your own sourdough starter! Copies of her beautifully photographed book with over one hundred recipes will be available to be signed for your own collection or the perfect holiday gift.
