The next time you go for a drive or hike in the mountains, keep your eyes and ears open for wildlife. During a visit to Shenandoah National Park, I almost didn't notice a family of black bears foraging for acorns in high in an oak tree. This young cub got sleepy and tried to find a good napping spot in the tree near his mom.
