Urban Walk: Flat, Paved, Pretty Cheap

This mostly paved urban walk was occasioned by a busy weekend and was timed to include a 4 pm indoor soccer game for the two nine-year-old grandsons, Matthew and Aden.

The nearly two dozen trails on the Montreat property are highlighted by the 4.75-mile Graybeard Trail and its 2,400-foot climb to the top of the 5,408-foot peak.
