TRAC Spring Studio Tour
to
Yancey & Mitchell Counties Mitchell County, North Carolina
The Toe River Arts Council host their bi-annual FREE premier open studio tour in the mountains of Western North Carolina. This June 5-7, over 100 artists, craftspeople, and galleries open their doors to visitors for an entire weekend of awe-inspiring art and craft in Mitchell and Yancey Counties.
Every year for over two decades TRAC has offered a studio tour unparalleled in the country — the first weekend in June and December.
The tour begins on Friday, the 5th at noon. It goes until 4pm when visitors return to the Spruce Pine Gallery for a Meet-the-Artist Reception on Friday, June 7, from 5 to 7pm at Spruce Pine TRAC Gallery, 269 Oak Avenue. Visitors meet the artists, see a sampling of their work and plan their route for the next two day. On Saturday and Sunday, the tour continues from 10am to 6pm
