"The Frozen Chosen"I know, some people are tired of snow scenes, but I have to work with what I'm given and this past Sunday afternoon, this is what I was given. Winter isn't quite over yet (in some places more than others). Thank you for you views, likes, comments and shares.~ Highlands of West Virginia ~

Landscapes of the Blue Ridge
Well it seems quite suddenly that we have moved into full blown spring. It's a little too hot too fast for me, being over 80 the past 2 days. Spring is my favorite season for photography, but if these hot temperatures persist then it's sure to be a fleeting time with all of the flowers coming into bloom early and fading away fast. This is a previously unpublished photo from last year. I ventured far from my house only on one outing, and that was to the Smokies to see the early wildflowers. It was a perfect time to be there with the drizzle and fog, and I got a lot of great photos.
