A unique sunset scene - snow falling in the distance, with remaining sunlight reflecting off it in a very colorful way. Taken on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Cherokee, NC. Old country barn under the stars!!We have been eyeing this old barn on Spivey Mountain for a while and thought it would be a good spot for a night shoot under the stars. We got in contact with the caretakers and got permission to be on their property at night to do the shoot. A Different Point of View...I've taken many shots of this picturesque waterfall the past few years, but this was the first time I ventured over to the other side of the creek to shoot. This waterfall is on Mill Creek in Hawks Nest State Park in Ansted, West Virginia. It's one of the prettiest streams in the state and is a must see if you're ever in the area.
