Official Rules:
- Prize package includes one (1) $100 VISA gift card.
- No purchase necessary to win.
- To enter contestants must complete online ballot located at http://blueridgecountry.com/Happy by January 17, 2016.
- Voting closes on November 30, 2014.
- Blue Ridge Country reserves the right to extend voting in some or all of the 8 state/byway ballots if more votes are still needed after November 30, 2014.
- Limit of one ballot per email per state/byway. Duplicate ballots will NOT be recorded.
- Any perceived attempts at ballot stuffing will be disqualified.
- Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
- Limit of one winning entry per email address. Emails from all 8 ballots will be combined into a single file and de-duplicated before random drawing. Voting for multiple states/byways does NOT increase your odds of winning, so please vote only in the states/byways you feel qualified to vote in.
- Eligible ballots must include votes in at least 25% (3 of 12) of the categories listed for each state/byway. Ineligible ballots will be discarded.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- Ballot is not valid unless you give your full name and email address.
- Email to be used only for the purpose of contacting the winning party or for enrollment in e-newsletters published by Blue Ridge Country as selected by voter.
- Tabulation of results will be conducted by the staff of Blue Ridge Country magazine, headquartered in Roanoke, Va.
- Winners of the eight $25 VISA gift cards will be notified after Jan 15, 2015.
- Winning parties are responsible for any and all taxes.
- By entering the contest, entrants grant Blue Ridge Country permission to print their name and home town in a future issue of the magazine and online. Blue Ridge Country will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
- All ballots are confidential.
- Prize winners will receive Visa card by US mail.
- Employees of LeisureMedia360 are excluded.
