Raffaldini Vineyards Wine Education 104: Wine & Antipasti Pairings

Please join us for our two-hour wine education seminar featuring wine and antipasti pairings. The beautiful and complex flavors found in wine are amplified when paired with complimentary foods. Let us share with you how to create the perfect antipasti platter by tasting five Raffaldini wines alongside their ideal food pairings. Tickets are $30+tax per person and include a two-hour educational class, 5 sample wine and antipasti pairings, and a certificate of completion. This event is for those ages 21 and over.
