Enjoy two stages of live music, a curated craft village, art and quilt show, regional food vendors, and a kids' area with artistic and physical activities. Louie Bluie celebrates the artistic legacy of Howard "Louie Bluie" Armstrong, an old-time blues musician, artist and storyteller who was born in East Tennessee and grew up in nearby LaFollette. Admission is a suggested donation to the Campbell Culture Coalition, the non-profit organization that puts on the festival.
