This nighttime event doesn’t happen every day! A total Lunar Eclipse will take place at 10:47pm on Sunday night. What better way to watch the Lunar Eclipse than deep in the mountains with not a light for miles around! Spruce is the historic location of one of the highest elevated logging towns in the east that disappeared with the railroad logging days.
Bring a camping chair, flashlight and warm jacket. Campfire for warmth, and various snacks and beverages will be on sale onboard the train – cash only.
Full Eclipse begins in our area 10:13pm, with maximum eclipse at 10:47pm. Full Eclipse ends at 11:22pm. This is a late night ride!
