The Rail City Dulcimer Society will host its fourth annual Dulcimer Festival at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park.
The festival will be held 10:00 am - 8:00 pm Friday (March 28) and 8:30 am - 8:00 pm Saturday (March 29).
Free dulcimer workshops will be offered 9:30 - 11:30 am Saturday.
This event is FREE and open to the public.
