Farm to Fork refers to a movement focused on providing locally-sourced, sustainably-grown ingredients for your food. The Local, in Charlottesville lives up to its name. Executive Chef Matthew Hart will share with us why he believes local is where it’s at. From the not hot chocolate custard to the truffle mac n’ cheese, they won’t disappoint your palette. We’ll have dinner, hear firsthand from the chef what farm to fork means to his menu and why they believe in local sourcing. A mouthwatering menu, dinner with friends and guaranteed great times!
