Kruger Brothers, April Verch and Emi Shunshine headline this year's festival. They join the region's best traditional musicians at this event featuring bluegrass and old-time music. From time to time, the stage is also shared by bluegrass bands from around the world. A portion of festival proceeds goes to a scholarship fund for local young musicians. More than $116,000 was awarded in 2014.Tickets can be purchased at the park entrance. Children 12 and under get in free when accompanied by a paying adult. Parking is $5 per vehicle, and tickets are $20 per person. Food and drink are available, and children's activities are held throughout the day.
