Live music and mountain dancing, storytelling and hayrides, monarch butterfly raising, naturalist tours and birding walks, arts and handwork demonstrations, book signings and more. Every week, Wed-Sun. This summer we’re featuring our Super Saturdays, special Appalachian heritage activities for kids age 6-12. Each Super Saturday, kids learn how to weave a garden loom, carve figures in sweet potatoes, play a harmonica or wilderness survival. Check our website for a full schedule of activities.
