The star-lit mountain will be mirrored by more than 600 candles illuminating the sidewalks, adding to the nostalgic feel of the holidays. Music will be featured throughout the mansion and the park in so many styles. There will be cider, cookies and tasty figgie pudding to sample and share. Children will enjoy old fashioned crafts such as stringing cranberries and popcorn, making paper punch ornaments and creating handmade cards for loved ones. Our evening wouldn’t be complete without a visit with Kris Kringle in the Burritt Mansion. Many who have come to Candlelight Christmas have felt there was no better way to start the holiday season in a festive non-commercial setting. Cost: Burritt members pay only $2.00 per person; non-members pay $9.00 per adult, $8.00 per senior and military, $6.00 for students ages 13-17, $5.00 per child ages 3-12 and 2 and younger are free. We extended our hours this year because last year was such a HUGE success!
