The Crafty Historian: Hooray for Christmas!
Asheville, NC – Saturday, November 21, 2015 – Crafty Historian: Hooray for Christmas!
The Asheville History Center continues the Crafty Historian series for youngsters with an opportunity to make Christmas decorations and a present for their favorite person! All supplies will be provided as well as instruction. Crafts are designed for those over age 6. Cost is $10.00, payable at arrival. The Crafty Historian Series is directed by Education Coordinator, Lisa Whitfield and occurs on the 3rd Saturdays. These craft sessions are a way to introduce children to various types of crafts and activities and to encourage fine motor skills and problem solving abilities. Upcoming dates for 2016 are: January 16, March 19, and May 21. Future dates will be announced later.
