Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
1/4 cup water
2 cups drained black beans
3/4 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. lime juice
4 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin


Mix together all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve with pita, veggies or corn chips.
